^{^{The former promoters and distributors of Freddy Will's debut album were}^{Soulkiss ENT/DEP/Universal Music Canada.}^{They squandered Ghetto Breed Entertainment's promotion budget and were incapable of promoting the album. According to}^{Brian La Roche}^,^{CEO of Soulkiss Entertainment located in Toronto, Canada, the album was suppose to be "nationally distributed physically in stores through music stores like HMV and Music World in Canada'. National must mean The HMV at Dundas St. and Young Street to Mr. La Roche because the}^{Soul Kiss Entertainment}^{CEO turned out not to be very trustworthy when it came time to deliver on his contract.}
^{His marketing, promotion and distribution contract largely implicated}^{Universal Music Canada}^{along with}^dep^{but the album was never distributed physically in stores as contracted. All queries were met by additional fake elaborate promises from Brian La Roche which were never fulfilled.}
^{However, La Roche was able to supply the album to college radios across Canada and place an ad in Urbanology mag at an exorbitant expense to Ghetto Breed ENT.}
^{The album charted on some college radios in Canada at no # 1 for up to three weeks at a time. Brian La Roche attempted to sell it secretly on CD Babay, iTunes and Amazon while lying that dep and Universal Music Canada were selling the albums on his behalf. He did not refund the 70% of earnings made from CDs sold through his entity as the contracted stipulated. These actions fully breached his contract with GBE and after this failed Soulkiss ENT team led effort, the decision was soon made by GBE to sever the agreement entirely.}^.}

Jay NY}^{later sold a whooping 4000 physical units}^{without SOULKISS ENT and his so called Universal Music Canada and dep logos. The album was recieved well}^{throughout the tri-states, England and West Africa during the months after}^{Freddy Will}^booted^{Soulkiss Entertainment}^{as it's distributor. To date, the album has sold close to 7000 hard copies independently and digital sales have been favourable as well.}}

The album was revamped, remastered and previous singles like City Boy, Animal and Strangers were remixed, several new tracks were added in, including: Look At Me Now, While I'm Still Young II, Franklin and Providence - feat. Carvin Winans. It was then repackaged and set for re - released as While I'm Still Young - The Talking Drums 1.2v on August 11th, 2009. This new book/album package saw Freddy Will's self written book entitles 'MY Book Of Chrymes'. being published under his given name, Wilfred Kanu Jr.
