A Word on Spirituality / Not Religion

When you read my blog it won’t take long before you recognize that I think differently than most people. The other thing you will observe the right of the bat is that I’m either foolish or very audacious. The truth is, I’m just one of those people who grew up in a home where my dad is the head of the home and my mom is not a disgruntled feminist who thinks her womanhood damns her to a life of deprivation.

This family structure allowed me the balance I needed to explore the world. I could access masculinity and femininity and grow without confusion in what is and what is not. And if you think about it, I am supposed to be the bad one out of all of my siblings. Trouble making allowed me to experiment and learn from experiences so as to be able to teach them later. Of course, I don’t have all the answers, all I have is what I’ve seen working.

Hell, I can tell more nail biting life stories than your grandpa. Stories of love, sin, death, vengeance, wealth, adventure, you name it.”

By rapping, Hip Hop has allowed me to bring these lessons of a bad son to thousands of souls. I went to school and did okay, I’ve had two or three careers in my young lifetime, traveled and lived in parts of the world where most people know very little about. Hell, I can tell more nail biting life stories than your grandpa. Stories of love, sin, death, vengeance, wealth, adventure, you name it. And, I have my share of bullet and knife wounds, scrapes, scars and bruises to show for it. The only thing I never did was homosexuality and narcotics.

I never harmed anyone unless I absolutely could not avoid them hurting me. I grew up under a strict Christian and Muslim discipline (half of my family is Christian and the other half is Muslim). I had a two parent family home even though I was not physically present in it for half of the time. Why am I telling you this? Because I realized that I think differently. Maybe not. Maybe you think differently. I feel as though I do.

…if you are looking for answers to love or wealth, there is a name of God that is associated with giving or receiving answers to love or wealth.”

Let me give you an example. My parents are devout born-again Christians who have established a church (or ministry) called, “Covenant Child World Ministries”. This is our church. When my mom is not being a nursing director and my dad is not being a United Nations diplomat, they stand behind a pulpit, to preach the bible to their congregation. My family is pretty religious. Out of curiosity, I’ve explored the Jehovah’s Witness, Mormon and Bahia churches. I think if I wanted to I could have been a pastor.

I attended the same bible school my dad attended and I’m well read in the Torah and Koran. As a greyback, I’ve even explored Wicca or Magick, not to say I know it all, but you couldn’t find a finer pastor than me. So, why am I not in the church preaching or on the sidewalk to evangelize? Because I’m a practical learner. Instead of dogma, I prefer social structure. With me, the theory is practical. I remove religion and go straight to the heart of the issue and tell it as it truly is.

Okay, let me frighten you for a second. I’ve found that God is in everything – you and me, the sky, the trees, wind, earth, fire, water, animals, everything nameable and unnameable! I’m learning every day, that to call on God, there is a designated name for each question you have. For example, if you are looking for answers to love or wealth, there is a name of God that is directly associated with giving or receiving answers to love or wealth.

Only when you call that specific name will you tap into the phenomenon that is designed to bring those specific desires. God has many names! The kicker is, you also have to walk away knowing that once you’ve made the call, it is done. Then you forget about it almost as innocently as a child would eat poison. I kid you not, out of coincidence, your answer comes when you don’t expect it. Most times, it takes years before you look back in your mind and say, “oh yes, that call was answered long since”.

Once I read a book where the author said, “angels come to help the poor, the filthy or the sinner and demons may come to rescue a saint”.

This subject is in the bible, the Torah, the Koran and it is rampant in Wicca and even witchcraft. It is called faith. In fact, witches manifest more faith than religious people. It takes you away from hopeful prayers and introduces you to a ritualistic form of imaginative affirmation where you communicate with particular spirits deliberately to express the intent of your will. Now, do you see how different I think?

Okay, let me scare you even more. I’ve also found that God created both angels and demons to complete His purpose of good and evil. Yes, you’ve heard me right, God created evil. Think of it as negative and positive wires that are required to conduct electricity. Now, where religion got it wrong is when it teaches one to conduct electricity using only the positive wire and hoping in one’s faith, that their desired will come through or if not then it’s not God’s will. That sin blocks one from the divine or if one’s will if foolish, it may be ignored by God.

I don’t want you to experiment but I have experimented, passing electricity through only the positive wire. I got a wild electrical shock. Try it with the negative wire and you may kill yourself. When I passed electricity through both negative and positive wires, it flowed correctly. Faith or no faith, your desire will only come through if you follow the right procedure. Once I read a book where the author said, “angels come to help the poor, the filthy or the sinner and demons may come to rescue a saint”.

If you look at nature from a clean vs. dirty perspective, you will find that nothing is ever clean but everything is always filthy. Your mouth is always filthy, your anus is always filthy, your sexual organ is always filthy, your hands are always filthy, everything is filth. So is every plant or animal under the sun. Everything is filthy no matter how well you clean or disinfects it. This is the nature of life. By living, we leave our footprint on nature and it is that footprint that nature must erase in other to accommodate the next life form that springs forth. Nature is God. This is why we bury the dead. Because even after washing, we rot so disgustingly as we incinerate into nothing. And this is a beautiful thing!

Okay let me scare you even more. I’ve also found that God created both angels and demons to complete His purpose of good and evil.”

Has it run through your mind yet? Yes, you have it. Angels and demons are two sides of a coin. The best part about it is as humans, they are obligated to serve us. We only need to know the right name and the right way to call on them. Combined, the name of everything is the name of God because He created everything with a specific purpose. Even you! This is what religion is. It calls on and worships the divine to accomplish a will. This is what Jesus did. He commanded both angels and demons.

n the bible, you will find scriptures where demons identified Jesus and somewhere they negotiated with him. There is a scripture where some demons had nowhere to go so Jesus allowed them to possess the pigs nearby. And they did. That communication required the awareness of certain laws and rights. I’m not going to bore you with theories about heaven and hell. What I’m touching on is, we have physical, mental or emotional health and often times we maintain them well. However, ask yourself, when was the last time you checked up on your spiritual health? Most people walk around with unkempt souls. Some even want to sell their soul for riches.

Each one has been empowered by God and often stripped of free will, giving us full authority to command them as we wish.”

With a healthy soul, you can inhibit life. You can access the names of God which are carried by His angels and demons as well as divine spirits which are neither angels nor demons. Each one of them has a specific purpose that is capable of good and evil. Each one has been empowered by God and often stripped of free will, giving us full authority to command them as we wish.

Demons, however, tend to break rules, they have a wicked sense of humor and are often dangerous since they practice free will when they are not supposed to. But, religion has tainted many from the truth, civilization has dulled the spiritual wits of most people. So we have the world where many people live by the rules of nature, defining its essence all while feeling justified in doing so. One of greatest quests in life is how to maintain a healthy spirit.*
